A Claude-runtime multi-agent system that reads live pipeline from Salesforce and Domo, reviews it across six specialized agents, and delivers a written regional pipeline report to my inbox every morning, before the first standup.
Reviewing regional pipeline by hand means pulling Salesforce reports, cross-checking Domo dashboards, and reconstructing what changed since yesterday, every single morning. It's an hour of work before any decisions get made.
This system does it autonomously. Six Claude agents each own a slice of the review, an orchestrator brain routes between them, and the output is a crisp written report covering changes, trends, new and closed opportunities, and recommended next steps by region.
Data flows left to right: live sources feed the orchestrator, which fans work out to six agents, then composes their findings into one report.
Each agent has a narrow job and its own tools. The orchestrator decides the order, passes context between them, and resolves conflicts before the report is written.
Pulls opportunities and datasets from Salesforce and Domo, normalizes fields, and scopes to the target regions.
Diffs today against yesterday, what moved stage, changed amount, slipped close date, or switched owner.
Reads velocity, coverage, and win-rate trends against targets, and flags where a region is drifting.
Surfaces net-new opportunities and freshly closed deals, won and lost, with the context behind each.
Hunts for stalled deals, aging stages, and forecast slippage that threatens the quarter.
Composes every agent's findings into a clear, prioritized report with concrete next steps.
